My husband and I recently got married and bought our first house. We’d only lived in the house for a month when it flooded. A quarter of our main floor and half the basement looked like Swiss cheese. We chose Mark and Denise Warren to help us with our renovation initially because their sample pictures were gorgeous and they were the easiest people to get in touch with for questions. I work odd hours and I was able to contact Mark at any time and get an answer, even at 5 a.m.! Mark and Denise also gave us advice on what to do to make the house pop and increase our chances of re-sale. We’d always heard horror stories of contractors taking three times as long to complete a project with a 20% increase in the estimated costs. But, Mark and his team were finished on the day they promised and they stayed right within the budget.
